JOB PRIMARY PURPOSE
To collect, compile and analyze the public finance statistics to ensure production of quality statistics and reports for policy decision making and dissemination to local, regional, and international stakeholders and to maintain the domestic debt database and support domestic debt auctions.

To collect, compile and analyze the public finance statistics to ensure production of quality statistics and reports for policy decision making and dissemination to local, regional, and international stakeholders and to maintain the domestic debt database and support domestic debt auctions.
KEY JOB FUNCTION
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of databases specific to public finance.
- Assist with analyzing of expenditure and revenue trends (including debt developments), compilation of reports for submission to superiors.
- Prepare and develop statistical analysis, outputs, and reports, with support and guidance from direct superior as required.
- Provide technical expertise as input for decision making purposes during domestic debt auctions.
- Participate in national and international forums and committees, to provide technical expertise and support as required.
- Maintain relationships with the key members of the regional, national, and international economic system and other relevant stakeholders to maintain constructive collaborative engagements.
- Disseminate reports to internal and external stakeholders as instructed and approved.
- Participate in company surveys planning, execution, and engagements.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in majoring in Economics, Statistics or equivalent.
- At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in macro-economic environment with exposure to data analysis and research.
